Cliff Garden was recently so helpful with a floral arrangement for my elderly Mom's caregiver. Although I had placed the order on line, they took time to reach out to me by phone to confirm that the arrangement would be prepared to my exact specifications. The result was exactly what I had hoped for (they even substituted some of the flowers pictured on their website for flowers I favored more), and the arrangement was absolutely exquisite! My Mom's caregiver received a much needed lift on her birthday, and my Mom was thrilled to have such a stunning bouquet in her home! Many, many thanks, Mark, and Cliff Garden Florist!! Beautiful flowers! Delivery as promised

IMPORTANT! You must call about a half hour after you order online if you need the flowers delivered by a certain time. I ordered mine at 10am and called and they were able to deliver them by 2pm. If you don't tell them that there is a specific time they have to be there (for example, the person you're buying flowers for leaves work at 3pm) then they will deliver them anytime before 7pm. So keep that in mind. Overall, she loved them and they looked great! They actually looked BETTER than the picture on the internet. So thank you Cliff Garden Florist! I will for sure use you again and I highly recommend this company.
