I ordered an arrangement for my Aunt whom recently passed. I checked over my order thoroughly. When I saw the arrangement at the funeral home, I was mortified! The card attached stated” just because”!!! I called the florist immediately, after 3x of calling the woman on the phone was not only difficult to understand, she blamed the wrong card on the driver !!! Who sends a flower arrangement to a funeral home that states “just because “???? I spent $165 and nobody even knew who sent this arrangement!! The woman from the florist sent someone to the funeral home and attached a new card the flowers “from …..” but that’s not what I originally wrote on the card… I feel I should be compensated since I payed and clearly stated on the order exactly what I wanted the card to say….
